Specific visas may be required for entry. Some must be obtained in advance; some can be obtained onboard.
Expired passports are not acceptable.
Cruise guests are responsible for checking with the travel agent, local immigration office, and/or respective embassy or consulate to determine all current requirements for passports, visas, and other documentation, including vaccinations for infectious diseases. Non-U.S. citizens must have a valid passport, any necessary visas, and other required documentation.
In addition, non-U.S. citizens who have previously been admitted to the U.S. for permanent residence must carry their Permanent Resident Card (Form i-551), commonly known as a Green Card. Cancellations due to lack of appropriate travel documentation (i.e., visas, passports, etc.) will incur cancellation fees.

Without this information you can be denied boarding the aircram.

TRIP INSURANCE
Please Note: Travel Insurance is highly recommended to protect yourself while traveling. If you decline to purchase insurance, you must fill out a travel insurance declined waiver form. Insurance is sold separately and is strongly advised. Insurance is quoted on an individual basis depending on the passenger’s age and the total amount of the vacation package.
Based on KSTravelConcierge current cancellation policies, passengers may incur up to 100% cancellation penalties and should protect themselves with cancellation insurance.
If you choose not to purchase travel protection, a waiver will be required. You may select Norwegian’s plan or Travel Insured, our preferred partner.
Policy must be brought within 14 days of deposit placed on trip. New York residents are not able to purchase 'cancel for any reason' insurance. Standard insurance must be taken or a letter waiving insurance must be emailed 14 days after deposit is received. No exceptions.

Insurance: I further acknowledge that I have been advised to purchase travel insurance to protect my investment. The purchase of travel insurance to cover your vacation investment is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for unexpected circumstances that neither the travel agent nor the client can control. It is to be noted that if you do not add travel insurance, your entire trip investment as well as medical emergencies may be at risk.
Note: Insurance claim approval is determined by the travel insurance company, and KSTravelConcierge accepts absolutely no responsibility for any denied claims.
